Carbon fiber products are handmade and may feature minor variations in weave, finish, or tone. These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly approved by Carbon Spec.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carbon Spec is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Any shipping issues must be addressed with the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns may be accepted at our discretion for unused, uninstalled items in original condition.
Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Carbon Spec is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.
