At Carbon Spec, we are committed to providing high-quality aftermarket automotive products. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Defective or Damaged Products


All items are inspected prior to shipment. In some cases, shipping damage may occur.


If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging will be required for review.


If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Shipping insurance claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve third-party carriers.

 

 


Aftermarket Product Disclaimer


Aftermarket parts may require slight adjustments during installation to achieve proper fitment. Minor trimming, alignment, or modification is considered normal and does not qualify as a defect.


All products are sold with the understanding that professional installation is recommended.

 

 


No Returns / Final Sale


Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts, returns are not accepted for non-defective items.


All sales are final.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase. Items purchased incorrectly or without verifying fitment will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

 


Order Cancellations


Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as many products are made-to-order or begin processing immediately.


Accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to confirm fitment are not valid reasons for cancellation. In rare cases, a store credit or restocking fee (up to 25%) may be offered at our discretion.


Payment processing and financing fees are non-refundable.


 

 

Exceptions


Any exception to this policy is handled case-by-case and solely at the discretion of Carbon Spec.


Approved exceptions may be subject to:


  • A restocking fee of up to 25%
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer


 

 

 

Disputes & Chargebacks


In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer may be required to return the product if the dispute is resolved in their favor. Failure to do so may result in further action.

 

 


Fitment Assurance


If a product is listed as compatible with your vehicle and is professionally installed but cannot be installed due to a verified fitment issue, we may offer a replacement.


Proof of professional installation (invoice or receipt) is required. Modified or altered products are not eligible.


All fitment claims are reviewed individually, and our determination is final.


 

 

Governing Law


This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Carbon Spec operates.
